Hi, I'm the founder of Decourt desserts!
I’m French, and food has always been a big part of my family life.
I trained in culinary arts and French patisserie in Paris, then spent a few years working there.
A year in Ireland as an au pair (meant to be temporary) changed everything!
I went back to Paris, but Ireland kept calling. So I returned, worked in hotels and a bakery, and kept baking for birthdays and celebrations.
That’s when I realised people really loved French cakes.
One thing led to another and Decourt Desserts was born!
French-inspired, homemade pastries, baked in Letterkenny and made to be shared.
Our menu brings together simple treats and thoughtful details:
festive Christmas yule logs, crunchy biscuits full of warmth, naturally flavoured macarons, and seasonal treats inspired by the time of year.
From our production kitchen, we focus on quality and local ingredients, honest recipes, and a calm, unhurried way of baking.
