SEASONALITY

QUALITY & HEALTH

All our cakes are homemade with authentic French craftsmanship. We do not use artificial flavors, palm oil, or artificial colors—this is why, for example, our macarons are not multicolored!

We focus on raw, natural ingredients: flour, free-range eggs, and seasonal fruits. We minimize food waste and value our by-products through composting and recycling.

We strive for a production and consumption model with a lower environmental impact. That’s why we encourage you to reduce waste and reuse when possible. Bring your own containers when purchasing—shopping bags, reusable mugs, or cake boxes for regular orders.

We aim to share values, influence your consumption habits, and improve our environment for the benefit of future generations and our current ecosystem.

Our packaging is and will continue to be as eco-friendly as possible—plain, recycled, recyclable, or compostable where applicable. We minimize the use of plastic, which harms the environment, animals, and your health.

Hi ! I'm Lucia !

Cooking has always been my passion, ever since I was little. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship, followed by a CAP in Pastry in Paris, I honed my skills in the French capital, where I worked for several years.

Before that, I had the incredible opportunity to spend a year as an au pair in Ireland.

During this enriching experience, my Irish host family quickly fell in love with my pastries, and I adored sharing a piece of French tradition with them through my creations.

I cherished my one-year au pair experience in Ireland and decided to come back to fulfill my pastry dreams.

Today, my friends and their loved ones often request cakes from me, and I’m always thrilled to introduce them to the richness and nuances of French pastries.

Now, my goal is to share my expertise with an even broader audience. Through my creations, I hope to transport you to the world of delicious traditional French desserts, with a personal and creative touch.
