ROULÉ CHOCO-CARAMEL

Here is another of our signature desserts.

We make a very creamy slightly salted caramel and a rich chocolate cream. We spread those two recipes on the top of a flat cocoa sponge and we roll it.

We let it cool, add the final touch decoration and here you can enjoy!
