PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

These are my peanut cookies! By ‘my’ I mean they’re made just the way I like them.

I combined two recipes: a classic American cookie that was super rich and soft, and an amazing peanut cookie recipe from a friend. I wanted a cookie that’s both crispy and soft, without being too sweet.

I’ve been using this recipe for a few years now, and I just can’t stop eating them.
